Women’s Participation – An Enabler of Climate Justice

This policy brief demonstrates the positive impacts of women’s participation on the design, planning and implementation of climate policy and in doing so highlights the benefits of supporting women’s participation in the development of gender-responsive climate action.

The publication contains three cases studies from El Salvador, Chile and Vietnam which look at how enabling women’s participation in climate decision making results in better outcomes both for gender equality and climate policy.
