The Foundation brings together multi-disciplinary stakeholders in order to promote a climate justice approach. Working in partnership with international organisations, UN bodies and Civil Society Organisations, the Foundation works to ensure participation of grassroots people, especially women, at decision making tables in international policy fora, for example, at the “Voices from the Frontlines” thematic session of the UN Climate Summit 2014 on Tuesday 23 September in New York, where participants from grassroots and indigenous communities spoke about their right to participation and demanded stronger leadership from global leaders.
