This Site aims to provide information about the activities of MRF. However, the comments, opinions and views expressed on this Site do not necessarily represent the views of MRF, the Board of Directors or its International Advisory Council.

The contents of the Site, including, but not limited to, articles, other text, graphics, images, audio and video clips and other material (“Material”), are protected by copyright under both Irish and foreign laws. MRF authorises you to view and download a single copy of the Material on the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Unauthorised use, distribution or reproduction of the Material may violate copyright, trade mark and other laws. If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the Material automatically terminates, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which may be available.

Any disputes, claims or proceedings arising out of or in any way relating to the Materials or the Site shall be governed by the laws of Ireland. The Irish Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the purpose of any proceedings arising out of or in any way relating to the Materials or the Site. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
MRF may at any time and without liability modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any Materials (or any part or specification thereof), with or without notice, for any valid technical, operational or commercial reasons.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between you and MRF with respect to the use of the Site.
